My Mum has this Scrap Album from the 1870s – a most wonderful piece of history full of drawings, stickers, and the most beautiful handwriting. Gone are the days when we learnt to create such beautiful script at school! Can children even write by hand theses days?
Keeping scrapbooks was a popular past time in Victorian times to collect and save images, poems, quotes, stories etc. and of course scrapbooking and journaling has become an art form today.
Here are some of the fabulous creations were made on our Introduction to Creative Journaling day inspired by the idea of a gratitude journal.
If you’d like to join our journaling group and get twice-weekly prompts and ideas for your own journals then email me and I’ll send you the appropriate info!
